Pastor Leung holds a Master’s degree in Education from the University of Texas at Austin and a Master of Divinity and Doctor of Ministry from Golden Gate Baptist Theological Seminary. He is a passionate advocate for the small group church model, church growth, and discipleship within modern Chinese churches. With 40 years of full-time ministry experience, particularly in small group development and fostering church growth, he is now dedicated to helping churches thrive and building congregations rooted in the principle of passing the torch to the next generation.
